It was a well made skirt.but I think you should up the size.

Oh my gosh! I love love love this skirt. I ordered an XL which is my normal size and it is just slightly tight in the waist, but I'm chalking that up to water weight and the fact that I tried it on later in the day! It is very soft and beautiful. And I just happened to own a blue shirt that matches perfectly! I am absolutely in love with this find!
