Processing Notes: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States only.
We offer standard shipping for all U.S. orders.

For Orders $99.00 and Above:
- Standard Shipping (6–10 Business Days): FREE
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $5.99
For Orders Below $99.00:
- Standard Shipping (6–10 Business Days): $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $8.99
Estimated Delivery Time
- 3–10 business days
Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the order date.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods.
Shipping Logistics
To ensure reliable order fulfillment, we work with third-party logistics and fulfillment partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
Although you are purchasing directly from Tankaneo, your order may be shipped from fulfillment centers and may arrive in neutral or Amazon-branded packaging depending on the shipping location.
Tankaneo remains fully responsible for your order, including customer service, shipping support, and returns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact our support team.
Shipping Limitations
- Shipping is available only within the United States.
- Delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses may be limited depending on carrier availability.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@tankaneo.com within a reasonable time after delivery.
We recommend that customers inspect their package upon receipt and report any issues promptly so we can assist in resolving the matter.
Our team will coordinate with our logistics partners to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
