30-Day Return Policy
At Tankaneo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of use
- Returned in original packaging when applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@tankaneo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Tankaneo does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We may issue a partial refund in certain cases where items show signs of wear, damage, or missing components.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including applicable shipping costs in these cases.
Standard Returns (Personal Preference)
For returns due to personal reasons, such as changed mind, incorrect size selection, or preference for style or color, the following conditions apply:
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Tankaneo does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
Original Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Amount:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the eligible item(s) price only.
Additional Notes
Tankaneo reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. If there are any issues with your return request, our support team will contact you before making a final decision.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Eligibility
- Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return process after delivery.
- Orders that have already been cancelled cannot be reinstated. If you still wish to purchase the item, a new order will need to be placed.
How to Request a Cancellation

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact information, or other order details, please contact us before your order is shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, modifications may no longer be possible.
