Denim Oversized Utility Jacket

Great transitional piece. I'm in between sizes medium and large. I ordered large first and it was too big, just got the medium in and it's perfect.
I like that it slightly accentuates your waist. The arms, however, are a little bigger, which is great if you plan to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath. I would say it's a medium weight jacket—not too light and not too heavy. It’s good for layering.

This is a good-looking jacket. I think the appearance of the faux belt has a slimming effect, which I like. Some people commented that it runs small. I am often in between medium and large sizes, depending on the brand, so I look at size charts carefully and read reviews. Many times, a medium is a bit too tight and a large is too big. I hate feeling stuffed inside anything on top!
Based on my experience, I ordered a Large, and it fits me perfectly and is comfortable as is. I will, however, dry it on extra low for a few minutes and then hang it up to finish drying (at least in the beginning), as I would not want it to shrink one bit.
I think it could run a bit small considering this is a Large, so be sure to look at the size chart! I am not quite 5'5" and weigh 130 lbs. I probably should mention that I also have shoulders on the smaller side.
