Striped Oversized Long Trench Coat

This jacket is a solid buy. The fabric is heavy and fully lined, so it holds its shape nicely and feels substantial rather than flimsy — you can tell it’s built to last through regular wear. The pockets are a real highlight too: deep enough to actually be useful, not just decorative slits sewn into the seams. Sizing runs true, so I’d order your normal size with confidence. The cut has a boxy silhouette, but it reads as an intentional design choice rather than an ill-fitting mistake — it gives the jacket a modern, structured look rather than making you feel swallowed up.

The one thing to know going in is that the stripes are bold. This isn’t a subtle pattern you can toss on with anything — it’s a statement piece, and you’ll want to pair it with more neutral, toned-down pieces underneath to let the jacket do the talking. Because of that, it’s not quite as versatile as some other jackets in my closet that I can throw on with almost anything. If you’re looking for an easy, blend-into-any-outfit layer, this might not be it — but if you want a jacket with real personality that still delivers on quality and construction, it’s a great pick.

I am obsessed with this Trench Coat! It is absolutely FUN & FLIRTY, but also a superb Fall Overcoat - Superb!!! What I love most is that it's epically comfortable and roomy enough to layer long-sleeve shirts or sweaters. The fit is 100% correct; I ordered medium. I am 5'7", 135 lbs, and it fits perfectly with room to spare. The material has a luxe-but-utility type feel. The fabric has a cool sheen to it, and it is lightweight and waterproof - perfect for layering, and its pockets are deep enough to hold a wallet and cellphone. I was worried the stripes would be too bold, but they are fabulous and not too "circus" or "high-fashion" feeling, since it's black and white. It has a high-fashion yet wear-everyday feel, which is great for every day type of styling. The inside is 100% lined which gives it that "finished" and rain jacket like feel!

I like the fit and comfort of this trench. It’s long, button down, medium weight and fits true to size. The collar can be turned up for added warmth, it has deep pockets and it is nicely lined on the inside. It’s perfect for layering and can worn in the transitional months when the weather starts to change. I’m just not sure about the stripes. They’re bold and they make quite a statement. Perhaps if they weren’t so thick I could pull the look off better however I feel the jacket makes me look a little clownish and the stripe design overpowers my petite frame. That being said I will wear the jacket with very simple pieces like a plain white t shirt and jeans.
