Fitted Ribbed Knit Sweater

Sometimes it is hard to find that just right sweater in your favorite color and fit. When I got this sweater immediately put it own. I could not help but feel the how nice and soft this wearer is and how the waves neckline face it a very classy look. I wore this with a pearl necklace and skirt one time. The other time I wore it with jeans. I love the thickness of the sweater and the chest design makes it look very expensive. I think this shirt could be dressed up down. You could wear it with a pair of jeans and gym shoes or with pearls and a skirt. Possibilities are endless. This top is very beautiful in the dark green but I will look for more.

This is a really pretty take on a simple fitted knit top. The scalloped neckline, cuffs, and hem give it a feminine detail without making it feel overly dressy. I like the square neckline—it’s flattering and makes the top feel a little more polished than a basic long-sleeve tee. The ribbed knit has a sleek, fitted look and would be easy to wear alone or layered under a jacket or cardigan. Cute with jeans for an everyday outfit, but dressy enough to wear out as well. Thw fabric is super soft with 32% polyamide, 26%polyester, 22% Viscose, 20% Acrylic. It is Machine washable on cold gentle cycle, wash with laundry bag, and line dry in the shade, no ironing or dry clean. This is the Apricot color and had more yellow base then is good for an Autumn, like me, but a great neutral. Wearing a Large at 5'6 and 165lbs, feel this fits true to size.

What a soft sweater! I am constantly amazed at all of the different types of fabrics that can be made with polyamide and polyester. This is a medium weight sweater with a smooth finish, and is heavier than I expected. The construction is very well done, with overcast and topstitched seams without any loose threads.

The scalloped design is adorable, with scallops around the neckline, at the ends of the sleeves, and also on the hem. It looks like a fine-knit sweater. The scoop neck is wide, and I had a bit of trouble making sure that my bra straps were covered. I have long arms, and the sleeves were long enough for me.

I wear a size 16, and the XL is a little snug. If I had bothered to look at the size chart, I would have gotten the XXL for a bit more room. Alas, I just ordered my usual size without perusing the chart. It is wearable, just not as loose as I like my sweaters.

I got it in tawny brown for a fall look, and the color is soft, very close to the color in the picture. It would look great with jeans, slacks, and skirts.
